A clear route from brief to production
You do not need a fully resolved brief. We start with what you have, clarify the scope and discuss with you what we intend to do before any work begins.

Share what you have
Send a short outline with any available drawings, CAD files, product information, references or timings. If something essential is missing, we’ll tell you.
02 · Conversation
Confirm the scope
We’ll confirm the scope with you, by email or a short call where useful — to confirm the imagery, quantities, source material, approval stages and schedule. We’ll also explain what is realistic before preparing the quote.
03 · Proposal
Review the details
You’ll receive a fixed project quote setting out the deliverables, timings, revision stages and cost. Once agreed, we schedule the work and move into production.

What does a project typically cost?
Every project is different. Cost depends on the type and number of images, complexity, available source material and required timescale. We provide a fixed project quote before production begins, so the deliverables, revision stages and cost are clear from the start.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before you share confidential product information, unreleased designs or pre-launch project material.
Do I need CAD or 3D files?
Not always. We can often work from technical drawings, dimensions, photographs, finish samples and reference imagery. If CAD or 3D files are available, send them with the brief. We’ll review everything and identify anything else we need.
How long does a project take?
Timings depend on the scope, number of images, available source material and approval process. We confirm the production schedule in the written proposal before work begins. If you have a fixed launch or campaign date, include it in your brief.
What types of project do you take on?
We produce product CGI for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture, windows and doors, alongside architectural visualisation, interior visualisation, animation and video. If your project falls outside these areas but requires similar production expertise, send us an outline and we’ll tell you whether it is a good fit.
What file formats do you deliver?
We agree the required formats and sizes as part of the project scope. Depending on the work, delivery can include high-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files, layered PSDs, web-optimised image sets, MP4 or MOV video.
